Moscow has repeatedly insisted that it has seen no evidence that Navalny was poisoned and dismissed Berlin’s findings. Last week, Berlin’s Charite hospital that has been treating Navalny said his condition has improved and he is being weaned off mechanical ventilation. French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday urged Russia’s president Vladimir Putin to ensure “all light be shed, without delay” on the facts surrounding the Navalny poisoning.
